DFW Packaging knows how important your packaging and shipping supplies are to you and your customers. Your account executive will keep you informed on delivery dates, If your order is delivered more than 1 business day past this date we will refund your shipping/handling charges.


Delivery Guarantee Exceptions:

  • Packages delayed due to weather conditions

  • Packages delayed due to local delivery restrictions

No Damage Guarantee

We sell lots of products and know many customers are concerned about damage. We pack every order with special care to prevent any damages. If any item in your order is damaged, we will replace it, free of charge. It's that simple. We want you to order with confidence.


No Damage Conditions:

  • Damages/Shortages must be reported within 3 days of package receipt

  • Replacements will be shipped with same service level as original order.
